With lots of friends and family with lots of kids, the goal was to create mulitple dining locations.  We also wanted to make the connection to the basement family room more appealing (remove enclosed stair wall and add a translucent railing instead).  We made the kids bathroom more efficient and the master bathroom more delightful.
